 L'asino
An analogue drum and bass duo in 2006 did the preconditions for this idea of a progressive and beat-heavy.stop.&.go.rock.machine. Machine's design was completed by a female singer with an attention to soul as well as experimental vocals. Demo was released in February 2008 followed by a Germanytour with Majmoon. The entry of orchestral guitar and the occasional use of samples in 2008 transformed L?asino to a donkey striking out with four legs. All members have kept the darkness of their former and current noise-projects (Fresnel, phal:angst, When Yuppies Go to Hell, Assata,...) and put it into a rockbox full of flutter heart-beats.

MAJMOON: A Munich based band. Plays mostly instrumental music in combination with visual parts. The band exists since 2003. Early influenced by Canadian bands like Do Make Say Think, A Silver Mt.Zion, as well as "Chicago school" with the likes of Tortoise, Slint, Sam Prekop, and the German 70ies "Kraut Rock" movement - Can, Neu!... After a few contributions on a local band compilations, the 1st album"Shimponauts Journey" (Nov. 2006 rats-n reavens) was released.
Since then Majmoon has been playing over a hundred of shows in: Germany, Holland, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, France and shared the stage with great bands like: Karate (US), Gregor Samsa (US), Red Sparowes (US), Gone Bald (NL), Sed Non Satiata (FR), Daturah (GER), Kenzari's Middle Kata (GER), Razorblade jr. (NL), Boutros Bubba (NL), SDNMT(GER), Vuneny (BiH), Myself (FR), Transit (BE), Ansatz Der Machine (BE), L'asino(AT), Mandelbrot Set (CRO), Audrey (SWE), Colour Haze (DE), Don Caballero (US).....
